There was a coup on the United States Capitol that happened on the 6th and as of me writing this post out we’re still not sure what to expect from the next few days. It’s also been a rather light podcasting and article week here at ATH Network. Damage Boost and Demon Dayz put out new episodes but Binge Buddies (formerly Welcome to You Are Doom) is still on hiatus, as is Behind the Hype.

Episode 70: Twisted Metal (1995) with Alex From Super GG Radio
New Papa Alex from Super GG radio stops by to talk about Twisted Metal (1995). A game with some old school live-action cut scenes and inconsistent story and name thanks to constant changes in development. Don’t be fooled though, this game is an instant classic that ended up spawning one of Playstation’s most recognizable mascots in Sweet Tooth. We decided to focus mostly on the lore and the effort put into the story because it’s a perfect combination of interesting and ridiculous.
