With the cultists defeated, the party tries to figure out what the deal is with their new half-orc friend as well as what to do with some particularly nasty machinery found among all the supplies.
The party arrives at the western shores of The Usurper’s Fall, but there’s a long stretch of rocky terrain ahead of them before they can hopefully catch up with the cultists from the monastery report. Here’s hoping no surprises or complications await.
Having left the Ver’osh Dea, the party prepares for their arrival to the Usurper’s Fall in their own special way. Fetter puts some plans into motion, and Yewsiff gets a book full of ill omens that may or may not spell trouble in the party’s future. Taslinn struggles with the gods-damned Raven Queen and all her cryptic bullshit.

The party decides that it’s time to move on from the Ver’osh Dea and make for the Usurper’s Fall in the hopes of putting a stop to the increasing cultish activity. But before they can do that there’s the matter of figuring out what Cania has to do with the Raven Queen’s cryptic messaging.
Taslinn climbs to the top of the Skalera Tower in the Ver’osh Dea to discuss a few things with the headmaster and finds out a bit more than she bargained for.
After a thorough bit of research, the party decides to bring out the tainted wood plank from the Phoenix Blade and attempt to re-open the abyssal portal using some extremely risky blood magic.
With Leysa newly departed, the party tries to reorient and plan for their trek to the Usurper’s Fall by going into research mode.
Rest and revelations are the order of the day as the party arrives and gets settled into the Ver’osh Dea. For Leysa it’s a call to action and a charge to take stock of what’s important to her.
The Ver’osh Dea looms ever closer and to help pass the time the party devises a plan to get some extra blood in case things go south. If only there was a tiefling on board the ship who they could convince to donate.
