I wish I could be in on this conversation—my absolute favorite ever! I had a similar experience—I was terrified at 10 to watch when it first came out, but my family loved it so I watched the Final Battle and was hooked. The music was the best—I also liked the Final Battle, but the original was classy. The story definitely went off track by Final Battle—when Ken Johnson left. Each character was well done—the pace of the narrative is amazing—all that introduction within the first 20 minutes! Just imagine not knowing they were lizards either until that reveal. I’m completely the same. When me and Bryan were talking there was so much I wanted to talk about that we couldn’t cover because of the time restrictions. I could have easily gone three hours. I didn’t even mention that they were supposed to be two 90 minute episodes but when they cut the first part together they literally couldn’t figure out a way to cut it down to 90 minutes and went to the network for an extra 15 minutes and got it!
